I'm looking for an experienced CRO specialist to do a focused 1-hour conversion audit of my Shopify store.
The main focus should be:
Homepage
Top 3 best-selling product pages
What I need:
Fresh eyes (pretend you've never seen the brand before)
Identify anything confusing or unclear
Things that reduce trust
Messaging that doesn't make sense
Friction in the buying process
Mobile experience issues
Simple, practical improvement suggestions
Deliverables:
A Loom video (20–40 minutes) walking through your findings
A short written summary with screenshots
Prioritized list of what you would fix first
This is not about generic advice. I'm looking for real, practical feedback based on user psychology and ecommerce best practices.
