WordPress Speed Optimization Expert Needed for Mediavine Site

The Situation:
I recently hired a developer who used the W3Speedster plugin and aggressive "Interaction Delay" / "JS Delay" techniques to achieve a 90+ Mobile score on Google PageSpeed Insights.
While the score looks good, the site requires mouse movement/interaction for content and ads to load. This is unacceptable as it hurts the user experience and kills my Mediavine ad revenue.
The Goal:
I need a "clean" optimization that prioritizes Real World Performance and Passing Core Web Vitals (Green) over a perfect Lighthouse score.
Scope of Work:
Audit & Clean: Remove W3Speedster and any custom scripts/code added by the previous developer (checking , headers, etc.).
Proper Optimization: Install and configure WP Rocket (or LiteSpeed Cache, if applicable) following industry best practices.
Mediavine Compatibility: Ensure Mediavine ad scripts load correctly. They must NOT be delayed until user interaction. I accept that this will lower the mobile score is fine), provided the LCP and CLS are healthy.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
