This is straightforward build work. All specifications are complete. You are not designing or strategizing. You are building from detailed written instructions.
What You Will Build:
4 Google Sheets Templates:
Lead Pipeline Tracker (stage-based CRM, summary dashboard, alert flags)
KPI Command Dashboard (7 metrics, 4-week trend view, alert system)
4 PDF/Word Documents:
5. Client Onboarding Checklist (multi-section, checkbox-based, fillable)
6. Weekly CEO Rhythm (daily schedule framework, printable)
7. Decision Escalation Matrix (4-category matrix, landscape layout)
8. Org Role Structure (role cards, gap analysis, industry examples)
Specifications Provided:
Every template has a complete written specification including:
Exact column/row structure
All formulas (written out completely)
Conditional formatting rules
Color codes (hex values provided)
Example data (pre-populated for 5 industries)
Formatting specifications (fonts, sizes, spacing)
You do not need to make any design or content decisions. Everything is specified.
Quality Standards:
Clean, professional appearance (NOT basic default spreadsheet styling)
Consistent formatting across all 8 templates
All formulas must work correctly (tested before delivery)
Conditional formatting must trigger correctly
PDF documents must be print-ready (8.5" × 11")
Google Sheets must work on both Google Sheets and Excel
All dropdown menus must function correctly
All pre-populated example data must be realistic and accurate

This Is A Test Project.
If quality is high and delivery is on time, there is additional work available immediately (more templates, additional modules, ongoing builds).
