Holy Trinity School is a co-educational day school with students from JK to Grade 12.  HTS Camps strives to offer a wide variety of safe, educational, enjoyable, and fun-filled activities for children of all ages.

About This Summer Camp Role:

HTS has an exciting summer opportunity to join our Summer Camp as our ABC Club Coordinator. 

The ABC Club Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day planning and programming of ESL curriculum. Candidates must be able to:

  • create and organize written and verbal lessons for English Language Learners aged 4 to 6

  • prepare classroom and course materials for English Language Learners on a daily basis

  • develop a supportive and positive classroom environment

What You Need:

We are inviting candidates with the following qualifications to apply:

  • University or College level education (B.Ed recommended) or a current B.Ed teaching candidate. Applicants with an ECE degree and experience working in a Kindergarten setting will also be accepted.

  • Previous ESL teaching experience and ESL - Part 1 (AQ) is preferable

  • The ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese is considered an asset

  • Experience in the targeted programming area

  • Basic First Aid Certification; First Aid/CPR-AED, Vulnerable screening is required

  • Highly energetic and enthusiastic

  • Exceptional customer service focus

  • Strong communication skills (oral), listening skills, ability to ask questions

  • Independent decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Teamwork and cooperation
