Über

We are seeking a confident, creative & resourceful Marketing Manager, accountable for planning and executing marketing programs that support community launches, traffic generation, and new home sales in the Ottawa region. 

Reporting to the VP of Marketing for Ontario, the role converts regional plans into detailed execution, manages projects end-to-end, and ensures campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to standard. 

The Marketing Manager works closely with our Sales Team, internal departments, agencies, and vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all marketing touchpoints.

You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Marketing or Project Management role with direct execution accountability
  • Experience in residential real estate or new-home construction, preferred
  • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Data-driven, analytical approach to performance tracking and decision-making
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Confident communicator able to coordinate across teams and external partners
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience with project management and CRM tools
  • PMP certification considered an asset

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution: 

  • Execute assigned marketing campaigns and initiatives from briefing through launch, optimization, and post-campaign reporting
  • Translate regional priorities into clear project plans and deliverables

Project & Budget Management: 

  • Develop and manage project schedules, scopes, and budgets
  • Track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as required to the VP, Marketing (Ontario)

Performance Tracking & Reporting: 

  • Define campaign success metrics, monitor results, and provide clear performance reporting with actionable insights and recommendations

Launch & Event Support: 

  • Lead planning and execution of community launches, releases, and key sales events in coordination with Sales and internal departments

Agency & Vendor Coordination: 

  • Manage day-to-day execution with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality, speed, and cost discipline

Cross-Functional Coordination: 

  • Work closely with Sales, Architecture, Land Development, and other internal departments to align timelines, messaging, and deliverables

Market & Competitive Inputs: 

  • Support market research and competitive tracking by gathering insights on customer preferences, pricing, and local competitors

Brand & Asset Stewardship: 

  • Ensure ongoing maintenance and presentation standards are met for regional model homes, sales centres, and marketing assets

Content & Asset Management: 

  • Develop and manage content calendars and asset workflows for assigned projects and communities

Status Communication: 

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication on project status, risks, and outcomes to the VP, Marketing (Ontario)

Additional Notes

  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required
  • Ability to work full time and in-person, including evenings & weekends
  • This role will require the ability to occasionally travel to our GTA Office
  • Demonstrated proficiency with web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
  • Extended periods at a computer may be required at times
