About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Experience & Performance to own the end-to-end growth, performance, and evolution of , with accountability for building it into a significantly larger and more strategic driver of company growth.

This role goes beyond managing an e-commerce storefront. You will own the entire digital growth engine—acquisition, onsite experience, conversion, lifecycle, retention, and unit economics—ensuring growth is incremental, scalable, and profitable, not simply shifted from Amazon, retail, or other channels. You will operate as the business owner of Organika's digital experience, balancing aggressive growth with brand integrity, long-term customer value, and disciplined financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Experience & Revenue Performance:
    • Own the end-to-end experience across UX, content, merchandising, conversion, and mobile
    • Drive improvements across PDPs, cart, checkout, and onsite flows to increase conversion, AOV, and revenue per session
    • Translate brand positioning into clear, education-led digital execution that builds trust and drives performance
  2. Growth, Acquisition & Lifecycle:
    • Own customer acquisition strategy in partnership with internal and external performance teams
    • Ensure paid media, landing pages, lifecycle, and onsite experience operate as a cohesive system
    • Own email and lifecycle strategy to accelerate repeat purchase, retention, and lifetime value
  3. Full-Funnel Economics & Insights:
    • Own digital unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback period, contribution margin, and incrementality
    • Deliver clear, decision-oriented reporting that connects performance to business outcomes
    • Use cohort and pathway analysis to guide prioritization and investment decisions
  4. Experimentation & Optimization:
    • Establish and run a disciplined experimentation framework across acquisition, onsite experience, lifecycle, pricing, and merchandising
    • Rapidly test, learn, scale, or stop initiatives based on performance and impact
    • Build a culture of evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement
  5. CRM & Customer Relationship Ownership:
    • Build scalable CRM and first-party data foundations across ecommerce, events, education, and community touchpoints
    • Partner cross-functionally to shift the organization from anonymous reach to identifiable customer relationships
  6. Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Act as the primary steward of Organika's digital brand expression
    • Partner closely with Brand, Finance, Operations, Sales, CX, and Community teams
    • Align inventory, promotions, and demand to ensure commercial and operational readiness

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital experience, or growth roles with senior-level ownership of performance outcomes
  • Proven ability to grow a sub-scale DTC or ecommerce channel through hands-on optimization and disciplined scaling
  • Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing growth through a unit economics lens
  • Deep understanding of customer journey optimization, lifecycle marketing, and acquisition performance
  • Data-driven, fast-moving, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Highly collaborative leader who can drive outcomes without direct authority

Nice to Haves

  • Strong technical fluency (ecommerce platforms, analytics, CMS tools)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic JavaScript
  • Experience running A/B tests, QA processes, and site releases
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate experimentation and insights
