Russell Hendrix is looking for an experienced Inside Account Sales (Street) Representative to join our Inside Sales team in Toronto. In this role, you'll be a key driver of new business growth, responsible for engaging inactive and prospective customers through proactive outreach. You'll leverage existing sales funnels while building your own pipeline, consistently meeting ambitious KPIs and revenue targets. This position is ideal for a results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while representing RH's capabilities and culture.

  • What You'll Do:

  • Identify and engage potential customers who are inactive or have never purchased from RH through proactive phone and email outreach.
  • Build strong relationships and convert prospects into active customers signed up on
  • Actively pursue sales opportunities by contacting new leads and following up on prospects generated through lead generation forms.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, including outbound call volume, email engagement, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor customer e-commerce orders and abandoned carts, encouraging completion of purchases and upselling where appropriate.
  • Maintain a robust and organized sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Communicate RH's unique value proposition, industry expertise, and customer-centric culture during all interactions. 
  • Where You'll Work:

    This role is based in our Toronto office, with occasional travel for training or customer visits. 

    What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years in outbound sales or account management, preferably in restaurant equipment, consumer packaged goods, distribution sales, or manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for persuasive outreach and relationship building.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to create new opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools and comfortable learning new online platforms (Zoho CRM and Desk, Shopify, Reviews, etc.).
  • High school diploma required; College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
