Our Office Manager is a person who enjoys providing a high level of confidential administrative and personal support to the management team and to our partners. They are willing to assist the Leadership Team by providing leadership and direction in all aspects of payroll and administrative duties.
The role of the Office Manager is a unique role for someone who leads with integrity, loves being organized, and enjoys working as part of an exciting and evolving team.

This role has a flexible schedule that may fit well other employment or family commitments. The most important day of the week for our Office Manager is Monday and being able to work that day is the only must in the weekly schedule. Four to five days per week is preferred and can be anywhere from 20 to 40 hours over the week depending on both parties needs.
As an Office Manager, you'll:
Run a smooth operation by using your impressive communication skills between all team members.
Balance and reconcile a complex business through multiple channels of payments.
Daily accounting routines using excel and multiple accounts.
Order products or services as necessary to maintain the integrity of the space
Input labour and expense data into Push Operations to ensure accuracy of profitability reports.
Track and pay all weekly invoices, while maintaining store balance sheets
Create an engaging partner and leader experience through accurate processing of cash outs, payroll and resolution of pay issues.
Create a safe, timeless, clean and organized environment by maintaining a clean and organized office, up to date compliance and partner notification boards as well as accurate files and paperwork.
What you bring to the office:
Previous experience in Payroll, Accounting or Bookkeeping.
An in-depth understanding of Microsoft Excel.
The ability to delegate efficiently, excellence in communication and the ability to handle situations that require you to keep your cool
An innate drive to help others succeed, enviable organization, time management and feedback skills and a generosity in sharing your skills and knowledge with your team
The ability to legally work in Canada (as a citizen, resident or holding other current and valid work permit)
