We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to research and compile a high-quality list of decision-makers in our local service area.
This is NOT mass scraping — accuracy and relevance are critical.
Target Contacts
We are looking for contacts in the following categories within:
- Grand Junction, CO + surrounding Western Colorado area (Mesa County and nearby towns)
- Property Management Companies
- Commercial Property Managers
- HOA Management Companies
- Facilities Managers
- Commercial Real Estate Asset Managers
- Local business owners
Data Fields Required
For each contact, we minimally need:
• Company Name
• Contact Name (decision-maker preferred)
• Job Title
• Direct Email (if available)
• Office Email (if direct unavailable)
• Phone Number
• Company Website
• Physical Address
• Notes (if relevant)
We prefer verified emails where possible.
Geographic Scope
Only businesses operating within:
• Grand Junction, CO
• Fruita, CO
• Palisade, CO
• Clifton, CO
• Western Colorado region
No national lists.
Deliverable Format
Google Sheet or Excel file with clean formatting.
Important
• Accuracy is more important than quantity
• No scraped junk data
• No duplicate entries
• Emails must be verified or have high confidence
• We are targeting 200–500 quality contacts

We are looking for someone reliable as we may need ongoing list-building support.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
