I'm building a Voice AI platform for restaurants in Spain designed to automate inbound calls, reservations, and customer communication in real time.
The goal is to create a scalable, multi-tenant system that can manage multiple restaurants from one central platform.
This is a long-term project with recurring implementations as new clients onboard.

Core Requirements
The voice agent must:
• handle inbound calls with natural, human-like speech
• manage reservations with real-time availability checks
• prevent double bookings
• integrate with reservation systems (or create a central availability calendar)
• send confirmations via WhatsApp/SMS
• support multiple languages
• support automation workflows (webhooks, n8n, Make, etc.)

Experience with:
• Retell AI, Vapi, Twilio, SIP or similar voice platforms
• ElevenLabs or advanced TTS systems
• real-time call handling & concurrency
• APIs & webhooks
• automation workflows (n8n / Make)
• scalable SaaS architecture

• experience with restaurant/hospitality workflows
