Job Title:
Digital Marketing Strategist (Full Funnel Growth + Enrollment Marketing)
Overview:
We are a fully accredited adult high school diploma program serving students who want to return to school and earn a legitimate high school diploma. We are not a GED program. We provide adults with a real opportunity to complete their education at an affordable cost.
We are seeking a highly experienced digital marketing professional who can help us significantly scale enrollment. This is not a basic social media posting role. We need someone who understands strategy, funnels, automation, and conversion psychology.
What We Need:
We are looking for someone who can:
Develop and execute a complete digital marketing strategy
Build and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
Create and manage email marketing campaigns (automation, sequences, follow-ups)
Improve landing page conversions
Generate qualified leads and increase student enrollment
Develop retargeting strategies
Analyze data and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI
Write compelling copy that speaks to adults seeking second chances
Ideal Candidate Has Experience With:
Education marketing (preferred)
Adult learners / second-chance education audiences
Facebook Ads Manager
Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
Funnel building
Lead magnets
Conversion tracking & analytics
CRM systems
Our Audience:
Adults 18+ who:
Did not complete high school
Are considering a GED
Want a legitimate high school diploma
Need flexibility and affordability
May have been out of school for years
This audience requires empathy, credibility, and strong messaging.
