The Work:
- Transform raw Zoom calls/expertise footage into viral 9:16 video assets.
- Style: Fast-paced, dynamic captions (Hormozi style), sound effects, and relevant b-roll/stock footage.
- Volume: We provide batches of 10–30 videos at a time.
- Turnaround: 24–48 hours per batch.
Requirements:
- Individual Freelancers Only (I will not hire agencies).
- Fluent in English (to ensure caption accuracy).
- Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Desktop CapCut.
- White-Label Agreement: You agree that the videos you edit for me can be used in the Vargo Media agency portfolio to demonstrate our quality to future clients.
Compensation:
- We pay 10–15 per approved video (project-based).
- We are looking for a long-term partner who wants consistent volume as we scale.

3. Confirm you are comfortable with the
10−15 per video rate for consistent bulk work.
