Key Responsibilities
Provide field service technical assistance for executive and business jet seating systems on-site
Perform minor mechanical adjustments and repairs to aircraft seating mechanisms
Diagnose and correct aesthetic issues involving soft goods, including foam and fabric adjustments
Inspect seating installations to ensure compliance with quality, fit, finish, and customer expectations
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
Interface professionally with customers, production teams, and quality representatives
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and standards are met
Qualifications & Experience
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on technical experience
Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Previous customer-facing experience in a technical environment
Experience with aircraft seating and/or upholstery is strongly preferred
Background in aircraft interiors, business aviation, or executive jet environments considered a strong asset
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
