Our challenge
We are seeking a highly skilled Media Cloud Solution Architect with extensive experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to join our dynamic team. Potential candidate would design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge media cloud solutions, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with our clients' needs and also play a critical role in troubleshooting complex system issues through RCA to maintain high system availability and performance.
The Role – Media Cloud Solution Architect (RCA Experience)
Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance media cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
Lead technical discussions and provide expert guidance on media cloud architecture and best practices.
Analyze and troubleshoot media cloud systems, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to deliver end-to-end media solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system specifications, and RCA reports.
Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, media industry trends, and RCA methodologies to ensure optimal solution design.
Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients.
Support pre-sales activities by creating proof-of-concept architectures and demonstrating the value of media cloud solutions.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards across all media cloud environments.
Provide ongoing support and ongoing optimization of media cloud infrastructure post-deployment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in media cloud solutions and architecture.
Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
