Our client is seeking a Junior Commercial Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio in Montreal. In this role, you will help ensure buildings are well-maintained, tenants receive excellent service, and problems are resolved quickly. Position Overview
The Junior Property Manager assists with the operational and administrative management of the assigned commercial properties. You will help coordinate maintenance requests, support leasing initiatives, and respond to tenant inquiries. The role involves working with internal teams, service providers, and tenants to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and standards are met. You will also support approval processes, track documentation, and contribute to property adminsitration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.
Respond to tenant requests and coordinate timely follow-up with vendors and contractors.
Support administration, including tracking key dates and maintaining documentation.
Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance and repairs.
Liaise with internal teams (leasing, accounting, operations) to support property objectives.
Maintain accurate records, files, and data in property management systems.
Desired Candidate
1–3 years of relatable work experience.
Demonstrated work ethic and strong problem‑solving abilities.
Proficient with MS Office and comfortable learning property management software.
Excellent communication skills; fluency in French and English required.
Organized, detail‑focused, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
