We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of complex, user-centric web applications. You will collaborate closely with IT professionals and business stakeholders throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support.
General Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in programming, analysis, and specialized software package support.
Strong ability to collaborate with IT professionals across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience applying structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications.
Capable of designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting applications.
Proficiency with object-oriented and/or third-generation language development tools.
Experience with application design, modern design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of relational and hierarchical database technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
Proven team player with a consistent record of meeting deadlines.
Technical Expertise – Full Stack Development
Proficient in both front-end and back-end development, including associated areas like database design/management and DevOps.
Experience in the design and implementation of overall web architecture.
Skilled in implementing approved user interfaces and database designs.
Ability to ensure the entire stack is architected for speed and scalability.
Knowledge and experience designing and constructing REST API services.
Experience integrating front-end user interfaces with constructed APIs.
Familiarity with the design and implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience with React.
3+ years of experience with Elasticsearch.
Experience collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary agile team.
Strong communication skills.
Experience building effective UI designs with a focus on accessibility, security-driven development, web standards, and design systems.
Solid knowledge of the backend stack (e.g., , Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Golang, or similar).
Experience with modern front-end web frameworks, specifically React and
Technical Skills – Front-End & UI/UX
Experience with mobile and responsive front-end development using React Native.
Proficiency with semantic, accessible HTML5, CSS/SCSS, Foundation, Bootstrap, ES6, and TypeScript.
High level of knowledge around the Angular framework and JavaScript (as a plus).
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and a good understanding of Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
Demonstrated ability to create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
Experience designing user interactions on websites and developing for mobile platforms.
Fundamental knowledge of UX/UI principles.
Experience ensuring front-end code can efficiently query APIs.
Technical Skills – Back-End & Architecture
Experience with Java WebLogic and Java programming for web applications (Tomcat, Weblogic, EJB, Servlets).
Strong database and SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server).
Experience with microservice design and implementation from architectural concepts.
Knowledge of modern architectural principles for cloud-based solutions (e.g., Azure).
Proven experience designing modern architectural patterns for reliable, secure, responsive, and scalable IT solutions.
Experience/knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
Experience/knowledge of Azure DevOps and JIRA.
