Client Experience & Lead Intake Coordinator
Full-Time | 9am–6pm PST (California)
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and confident communicator to serve as the first point of contact for our growing remodeling and handyman services company.
This is not just a "receptionist" role — this position owns the front end of our client journey. You will manage incoming calls, qualify leads, schedule assessments, maintain CRM accuracy, and help protect our field and estimating teams' time. Your work directly impacts revenue, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
• Answer inbound calls and digital inquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Qualify prospective clients using structured intake questions
• Capture detailed scope information accurately in our CRM
• Schedule job walks and manage the assessment calendar
• Coordinate with homeowners, tenants, and property managers
• Maintain accurate pipeline stages from request through project acceptance
• Support the estimating team with organized job walk documentation
• Ensure fast response times and strong first impressions
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years customer service or office coordination experience
• Experience in construction, remodeling, handyman, or field services preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable using CRM and scheduling systems
• Able to multitask and manage a fast-paced call environment
• Organized, proactive, and process-driven
Performance Expectations
• 95%+ inbound call answer rate
• All voicemails returned within 1 business hour
• Same-day response to digital inquiries
• Accurate and complete CRM records
• Well-maintained assessment calendar

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
