I run a candle-making class business on Wix using Wix Bookings. I need a Wix Velo developer to build 4 features.
Scope
1) Dynamic pricing by date (ONE service only)
Must keep one single Bookings service (no separate "weekday vs weekend" services).
Automatically charge different prices based on session date:
Weekdays (Mon–Fri) = base price
Weekends (Sat/Sun) = higher price
Pricing rules must be configurable by me (e.g., weekend premium +$X or set weekend price to $Y).
The price must be the actual checkout/charged price (not just displayed text).
2) Show remaining seats only when fewer than six
In the booking flow/session list, show "Only X spots left" only when fewer than six seats remain.
If six or more remain, show nothing.
Must be accurate per session.
3) Simple shared inventory tracker (internal)
Build a simple inventory system inside Wix where staff can update quantities from phone/laptop.
Multiple staff can view the same up-to-date inventory and update counts.
Basic staff login/permissions.
4) Capacity sync between Wix Bookings and ClassBento
I accept bookings from my Wix website and from ClassBento, and I'm currently updating capacity manually in Wix when a ClassBento booking comes in. I need this to be automated to prevent overbooking.
When a booking happens on ClassBento, capacity in Wix Bookings should automatically adjust for that session/time slot.
Ideally, it should also work the other way: when bookings happen on Wix, availability/capacity on ClassBento updates too.
If true two-way sync isn't possible due to platform limitations, propose the best reliable alternative (e.g., one-way sync + alerts, periodic syncing, etc.) and explain tradeoffs.
Requirements
Strong Wix Velo + Wix Bookings experience (please share examples).
Experience integrating third-party platforms via API/webhooks (especially ClassBento if possible).
Clean, documented code + quick handoff showing where to edit pricing rules, the "fewer than six" threshold, inventory items, and sync settings.
