Shopify Store Admin + Automation Specialist (Ongoing Help, Not One-Time Fixes)
Overview
We're a growing e-commerce brand looking for a proactive Shopify specialist who can help us improve, maintain, and optimize our store — not just implement tasks we assign, but actively identify issues and recommend improvements.
This is not a one-time project. We are looking for someone we can work with ongoing who acts like an extension of our team.
What We Need Help With
Store Optimization / QA
• Review our Shopify site and identify UX, layout, or configuration flaws
• Recommend improvements and implement fixes
• Ensure product pages, checkout, and cart flow work smoothly
• Flag anything hurting conversion rate
Shipping Setup
• Help determine product weights
• Add weights to all products properly
• Configure shipping so customers cover accurate shipping cost
• Ensure no undercharging or overcharging
Email Automations (Important)
• Abandoned cart emails
• Browse abandonment emails
• Post-purchase flows
• Customer lifecycle emails
• Make recommendations for best practice flows
Marketing Automation
• Set up automated email sequences
• Recommend automation opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, retention)
• Improve customer experience and conversion
What We're Looking For
You are NOT just a task-taker. You:
• Think critically and suggest improvements
• Communicate clearly (non-technical explanations preferred)
• Have strong Shopify experience
• Understand ecommerce conversion best practices
• Have worked with Shopify email automation tools
