In-app bidding vs waterfall strategy
Hybrid setups
Placement architecture
Instance-level optimization
eCPM floor strategy
Geo and OS segmentation
Frequency capping vs retention tradeoffs
Revenue diagnostics and discrepancy analysis
This role is for someone who has actively managed live game monetization and can take ownership of yield optimization.
Scope of Work
You will:
Audit our current ironSource setup
Optimize bidding and waterfall configurations
Create and refine placements (rewarded, interstitial, banner)
Implement geo-based price segmentation
Improve ARPDAU and ad LTV
Optimize fill, eCPM, and request efficiency
Diagnose performance discrepancies
Recommend additional demand partners if appropriate
Collaborate with our Unity developer on implementation
Primary Objective:
Increase ad revenue per DAU while protecting retention and player experience.
Ideal Candidate
3+ years mobile game monetization experience
Deep experience with ironSource / Unity LevelPlay
Proven results improving ARPDAU
Strong understanding of bidder dynamics
Experience with casual or hybrid-casual games
Data-driven and commercially focused
