We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor focused on creating high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives. This role is performance-driven, not cinematic—you must understand how to edit for engagement, retention, and conversion. You will transform raw footage into aggressive, scroll-stopping ad creatives optimized for direct response.
Responsibilities:
Edit short-form video ads (6–30 seconds) for Meta platforms (Reels, Stories, Feed)
Create multiple creative variations for testing (hooks, pacing, overlays, formats)
Add motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and visual effects optimized for conversion
Implement fast-paced editing styles that maximize viewer retention
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute performance concepts
Optimize videos for mobile-first vertical formats (9:16 priority)
Organize project files and maintain efficient editing workflows
Requirements:
Proven experience editing performance-focused Meta ads
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
Deep understanding of pacing, hooks, and conversion-focused editing
Ability to create clean, modern, high-impact visuals
Strong attention to detail and fast turnaround capability
Ability to follow creative direction and execute quickly
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory):
Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing:
Meta ad creatives or similar performance marketing videos
Short-form vertical video content
Examples demonstrating strong hooks, pacing, and engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience editing product ads for ecommerce brands
Motion graphics and text animation experience
Understanding of direct-response marketing principles
