The content is documentary-style but edited in a modern, engaging way to maximize viewer retention and storytelling impact.
The channel is still relatively small and growing, so I am looking for editors who are open to building a long-term collaboration as the channel scales.
Each video is **12–15 minutes** long.

**Your Responsibilities**
You will handle the full editing process, including:
* Stock footage research (videos + photos)
* Archival visuals (documents, locations, historical material)
* Maps and contextual visuals when relevant
* AI-generated visuals if needed
* Music selection (cinematic / documentary tone)
* Sound design and atmosphere
* Subtitles / captions
* Pattern interrupts (zooms, overlays, pacing cuts)

**Editing Expectations**
I am **not** looking for basic slideshow or generic edits.
The videos should feel:
* Engaging and cinematic
* Modern in pacing
* Clean and professional
* Optimized for YouTube retention
Strong visual storytelling and good matching between visuals and voiceover are very important.

* Video length: 12–15 minutes
* 2 videos per week
* Long-term collaboration if quality is consistent
* Starting with a paid test project
As the channel grows, there is potential for bonuses and rate increases for long-term partners.
