Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to support multiple areas of our business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in Real Estate, Amazon, Executive, CRM, and E-commerce operations.
Responsibilities:
Real Estate: CRM management, lead follow-up, MLS listings, calendar & email coordination
Amazon & E-commerce: Product research, listing optimization, PPC assistance, order management
Executive Support: Inbox management, scheduling, travel planning, document organization
CRM & Admin: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, data entry, workflow automation
Social Media Support: Content scheduling, analytics, basic graphics
Requirements:
Proven experience in at least two of the above areas
Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace, Excel
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail, reliability, and proactive work ethic
