I am the CEO of a company with a high-performing team that is already proficient in Notion. They have built a complex, functional system that handles our operations.
The Challenge: I need to move past the "beginner" stage and learn how to navigate and contribute to our existing system without accidentally breaking the workflows my team relies on. I don't want a pre-made course; I need a coach to walk me through the tool using my actual company data.
The Project: A "3-Session Fast-Track" (approx. 6 hours total) focused on:
Navigation & Visibility: Mastering Search, Favorites, and Sidebar organization so I can find any document or project in seconds.
Input & Best Practices: Learning to add tasks, use @mentions, and create meeting notes within the team's existing databases properly.
The CEO Dashboard: Helping me build a tailored, private "Command Center" that pulls high-level data from the team's databases so I can see KPIs and project statuses at a glance.
The Ideal Candidate:
Extensive Notion Experience: Ideally a Certified Consultant or Power User.
Executive Presence: You can teach in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
Safety Mindset: You understand how to teach in a live, shared environment without disrupting global filters or database properties.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 10 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Communications, Project Workflows, Notion, Teaching
