What you'll do
• Create short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from scratch or based on briefs
• Record on-camera content (talking head, lifestyle, POV, product/service style) with confident delivery
• Develop post concepts, hooks, scripts, and captions aligned to brand goals
• Deliver multiple weekly assets (videos + optional supporting posts/stories)
• Optional but valued: host or co-host TikTok LIVE sessions and understand live engagement mechanics
Ideal profile
• Proven short-form portfolio (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) with clear performance indicators
• Strong on-camera presence: natural delivery, good pacing, strong hooks, confident voice
• Solid editing fundamentals: pacing, cuts, captions, trend-aware execution
• Understands social media culture, trends, and retention-driven storytelling
• Reliable creator workflow: consistent output, fast iterations, meets deadlines
Big advantages (not required)
• Existing audience / strong personal brand (popular creator = major plus)
• Polish language fluency (nice-to-have, not mandatory)
• TikTok LIVE experience (hosting, retention, chat interaction, conversion-style lives)
What to include in your application
• Links to 5–10 best short-form videos you created (or a portfolio folder)
• Your role in each example (recording, scripting, editing, concept)
• Any performance proof you can share (views, watch time, retention, saves, CTR, conversions)
• Your weekly capacity (videos/week) and typical turnaround time
• Your rate (per video or weekly package)
• If applicable: TikTok handle + LIVE experience (frequency, format, results)
Collaboration
We work long-term with creators who deliver consistently. You'll receive structured briefs when needed, but creative ownership and independent execution are highly valued.
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
