As a Director, Data Governance Office, you will play a key role in establishing the link between business strategies and data governance within a federated environment. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer (CDO) organization, you will be responsible for prioritizing and delivering data governance initiatives to maximize their value, while taking into account increasing internal and external data‑related requirements.

What you'll accomplish with us
As a Director, Data Governance Office, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Define and implement data and document governance frameworks , aligned with organizational directions
Deploy these frameworks across organizational units, leveraging data leaders and data stewards
Support the establishment of data accountability structures and assist business lines in defining their governance models
Lead change management efforts and drive stakeholder adoption in a context of organizational transformation
Build and mobilize a high‑performing team closely aligned with business realities, fostering a culture of extreme collaboration and co‑creation
Ensure simple, effective, and fit‑for‑purpose reporting tailored to the needs of various stakeholders

We're looking for someone who:
Is known for their high level of autonomy, strong initiative, leadership, and managerial courage, as well as above‑average communication skills, effectively applied in complex, ambiguous, and uncertain environments

Is recognized for their strong collaborative mindset, excellent interpersonal and professional relationship skills, and the ability to mobilize, motivate, and retain specialized teams, supported by a general understanding of technologies related to data governance and adjacent domains
Has minimum of 10 years of experience, combining management experience with expertise in data governance and/or information technology (e.g., data management initiatives or projects).
Holds an education level equivalent to or higher than a bachelor's degree in management, computer science, or another relevant field of equivalent level.
