Required Qualifications
3–5 years of professional experience delivering solutions using:
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling, security/access model)
Power Automate (approval workflows, connectors, error handling)
Power BI (data modeling basics, DAX fundamentals, visualization best practices)
Strong understanding of Dataverse security roles, row-level security, and field security profiles
Demonstrated UI/UX design skills (wireframes, prototypes, accessibility-focused design, usability testing)
Ability to create clear documentation:
SOPs
Process maps & flowcharts
Solution design documents
Runbooks & user guides
Experience working in Scrum methodology using Jira
Exposure to REST APIs and/or Windows PowerShell scripting
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a quality-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant)
PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) – ISC²
CompTIA Security+
Experience in investment/financial services or risk & controls domains
Experience with:
API integrations
AI integrations (e.g., Copilot capabilities in Power Platform)
Governance, ALM strategy, environment strategy, and DLP policies
Azure DevOps/Git and deployment pipelines
Accessibility standards awareness and performance tuning for Power Apps & Power BI
Key Responsibilities
1. Power Platform Solution Delivery
Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows to enhance IT Risk processes and evidence capture.
Build robust Dataverse data models (tables, relationships) and implement secure access models.
Develop approval workflows and audit-ready evidence management systems.
Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using data modeling and DAX.
Plan and implement phase-2 integrations using REST APIs for automated evidence collection and system synchronization.
2. Engineering & Integration
Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure intuitive, accessible, and high-performing solutions.
Contribute to REST API integrations and PowerShell-based automation tasks.
Perform unit and system testing to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.
3. Operations, Governance & Compliance
Manage deployments aligned with governance and compliance standards.
Maintain comprehensive documentation (SOPs, design docs, process maps, runbooks).
Lead annual procedure reviews and ensure documentation remains current.
Implement governance controls including environment strategy, ALM, and DLP policies.
4. Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Partner with IT Risk and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Work within Scrum framework using Jira (user stories, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives).
Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to drive adoption.
Stay current with new Power Platform capabilities and recommend optimizations.
