About the Role
We're looking for a skilled video editor to help repurpose our podcast into engaging social media content. Your primary task will be creating around two short-form videos per week from our long-form podcast episodes. These clips will be used across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

What We're Looking For
Experience in video editing (DaVinci Resolve preferred but not mandatory)
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and engagement in short-form content
Ability to match our existing editing style (see examples: )
Reliable and communicative— expected workload of around 2 days per week
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: Video Editing, Video Post-Editing, YouTube, Podcast Content, Podcast Editing, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Social Media Video
