Overview
We are launching a new Home Management Services business and are looking for a website developer to build a clean, professional, service-based website.
This is not a complex or custom application speed, clarity, and execution matter more than flashy features.
Scope of Work
• Build a 4–6 page website using Wordpress
• Implement provided website copy (content will be supplied)
• Customize a professional, service-oriented template
• Set up:
• Homepage
• Services page
• About page
• How It Works
• Contact page with lead form
• Ensure mobile responsiveness
• Connect domain and basic SEO settings
• Launch-ready site
Requirements
• Proven experience building service business websites
• Strong eye for clean, high-end design
• Experience with Wordpress
• Ability to work independently and move quickly
• Clear communication and reliability
Nice to Have
• Experience with real estate, property management, or professional services
• Ability to suggest design improvements or template options
• Basic SEO understanding
Deliverables
• Fully functional, live website
• Editable by our team after handoff
• Clean structure that can scale later
Timeline
• Target completion: 1–2 weeks
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
