Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Social Media Content Creator with a strong background in Graphic Design to develop and manage high-quality content for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller who understands the full lifecycle of social media content—from initial brief and graphic creation to scheduling, posting, and engagement.
You will translate creative briefs into engaging, on-brand visual assets and videos that meet schedule and budget requirements while ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Visual Storytelling
Canva Specialist: Design high-impact static graphics, carousels, infographics, and promotional banners using Canva.
Brand Consistency: Develop templates and visual assets that align strictly with client brand identities, including color palettes, typography, and logo usage.
Creative Iteration: Transform complex ideas or data into easy-to-digest, visually appealing social media assets.
2. Video Content Production
Produce high-quality Reels, TikToks, and short-form video content tailored to specific client needs.
Utilize tools like CapCut to maintain a premium visual standard, incorporating transitions, text overlays, and trending audio.
Ensure all video creative work adheres to client brand guidelines and project briefs.
3. Scheduling & Publishing
Manage the end-to-end deployment of content, including scheduling and direct posting to social media platforms.
Optimize post timing based on platform-specific audience data and engagement trends.
Review all captions, tags, and links for accuracy and functionality prior to publishing.
4. Platform Expertise
Maintain a deep understanding of best practices for Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to keep client content relevant and high-performing.
5. Coordination & Management
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Provide regular updates on content status and publishing schedules.
Manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously without compromising quality or attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven track record as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or Social Media Coordinator.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Canva is a must. Proficient in CapCut and familiar with social media management tools.
Design Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for layout, color theory, and digital typography.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand a brand's voice and translate it into a platform-appropriate visual strategy.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle the logistics of multi-platform scheduling.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling captions and collaborating with team members.
