Über
We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Web Development & Hosting Administrator to manage and maintain our websites, hosting environments, and eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cPanel, domain management, hosting configurations, and Shopify.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling technical website tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hosting accounts via cPanel
- Configure domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and email accounts
- Perform website backups, migrations, and restorations
- Troubleshoot hosting and server-related issues
- Set up and maintain Shopify stores
- Install and manage themes, plugins, and integrations
- Optimise website performance and security
- Coordinate with developers when required
- Monitor website uptime and resolve technical errors
Requirements:
- Proven experience with cPanel and web hosting management
- Strong understanding of DNS, domains, and SSL setup
- Experience managing Shopify stores
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (advanced skills a plus)
- Experience with website migrations
- Familiarity with website security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be responsive and available during agreed working hours
Nice to Have:
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with Google Analytics & Search Console
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience working with US or international clients
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
