Evaluate workflows and automation logic
Check CRM setup, pipelines, and stages
Review forms, triggers, and follow-up sequences
Identify broken links, errors, or conflicts
Provide clear recommendations for improvement
Suggest practical ways to increase conversions
Deliverables
Written audit report OR Loom walkthrough
List of issues found
Prioritized action steps
Conversion optimization suggestions
Requirements
Proven GoHighLevel experience
Strong understanding of funnels and automations
Ability to identify conversion bottlenecks
Clear communication
