This is a live business website, so I need someone careful, professional, and detail-oriented.
Scope of Work:
Replace removed homepage images with copyright-safe images (royalty-free or licensed)
Improve homepage layout and visual flow
Add new image sections for services (rentals, sales, local area, etc.)
Update styling to look more modern and professional
Improve call-to-action buttons (contact / WhatsApp / call)
Optimize image sizes for fast loading
Add proper image alt tags for SEO
Check mobile responsiveness and fix spacing issues
Make small text/layout adjustments where needed
Ensure no copyright-risk images are used
Requirements:
Strong WordPress experience
Good design sense (clean, professional look)
Experience with real estate or local business sites preferred

Can suggest visual and conversion improvements
