Über
We're hiring a high-output digital designer who lives and breathes modern brand design and performance creative. Your focus will be creating conversion-driven assets across Meta, TikTok, Google, plus website, email, Amazon Storefront, and other 3P retailer storefronts. This would be around 15-20 hours a week for now.
This role is for someone who's deeply connected to brand trends, understands what's working right now in DTC/ecom, and can design fast without sacrificing taste.
What you'll be responsible for
Design ad creative for Meta (static + simple motion), TikTok (UGC-friendly overlays/cutdowns), and Google (display + performance assets)
Create web and retention assets: homepage banners, PDP modules, landing page graphics, email headers/tiles, promo/event assets
Build and refresh Amazon Storefront + other retailer storefront assets (modules, hero banners, tiles, infographics, etc.)
Collaborate closely with growth to ship new tests weekly (new angles, hooks, layouts, offer framing)
Keep everything on-brand while optimizing for clarity, speed, and conversion
What we're looking for
Expert-level skill in performance creative design (you understand what converts and why)
Strong knowledge of creative testing: iterations, variations, modular design systems, and versioning for rapid experiments
Deep familiarity with current brand aesthetics + trends, especially in beauty, wellness, health, and home goods (major plus)
Ability to work quickly, hit deadlines, and communicate clearly
Must-have skills
Advanced Figma + Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)
Understanding of ad specs and best practices across Meta/TikTok/Google
Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy (direct response clarity, not just "pretty")
Organized file delivery: clean naming, sizes, exports, and handoff
Huge plus
Experience designing for Amazon (Storefront + A+ style modules)
Comfort editing light motion assets / simple cutdowns
Familiarity with CRO concepts (PDP structure, offer framing, readability, mobile-first design)
