Über
You'll be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications and internal systems. We want someone who is extremely strong in clean code, architecture, DevOps, and performance optimisation — someone who understands how systems fit together, not just how to write features.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining production-grade web applications
- Architecting scalable backend systems and APIs
- Managing deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure
- Improving performance, security, and reliability across systems
- Working closely with leadership to turn ideas into production-ready systems
- Contributing to long-term technical strategy and infrastructure decisions
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in modern web development (frontend + backend)
- Deep understanding of clean architecture and scalable system design
- Solid DevOps capability (CI/CD, containerisation, cloud environments, server management)
- Comfortable working with VPS environments and production deployments
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think independently and propose better solutions
- Experience with AI tooling, automation, or agent-based systems (e.g., OpenClaw or similar) is highly desirable

The Role Structure
This is a long-term fixed-rate role. We are looking for someone who wants stability, ownership, and the opportunity to build meaningful systems from the ground up.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
