I'm a Paris-based dancer/creator expanding my work as an actress and model. I'm looking for a proactive Artistic Agent + Virtual Assistant who can help me apply to castings consistently, manage outreach, and handle small but important admin tasks I don't have time for.
This role is a mix of talent representation support (casting applications + networking) and high-level virtual assistance (tracking, follow-ups, messages, coordination). If you love entertainment/creator industries and you're organized, persuasive, and fast — this is for you.
Responsibilities
1) Casting & Acting/Model Opportunities (Core)
Find and apply to relevant castings (actress/model/commercial/content) on multiple platforms
Contact casting directors/agencies and industry professionals (email + DM)
Reply to casting calls on Instagram, Facebook groups, and other communities
Help optimize applications (short messages, cover notes, links, portfolio assets)
Track and follow up on submissions to maximize responses
2) CRM & Tracking System
Build and maintain an Excel/Google Sheets tracker for:
Casting name / production
Contact person + platform
Date contacted / status
Follow-up dates
Notes / next steps
Keep everything clean, updated, and actionable so we can scale outreach.
3) Brand / Hotel Collaboration Outreach (Travel)
When I'm traveling: send collaboration messages to hotels and brands
Negotiate basics (deliverables, usage, dates, compensation/benefits) with my guidance
Organize replies, keep track of deals, and ensure smooth follow-ups
What I'm looking for
Experience as a VA in entertainment, casting support, talent agency assistance, influencer management, PR, or outreach-heavy roles
Strong written English (French is a plus)
Confident with Instagram DMs, emails, and professional communication
Excellent organization (Sheets/Excel, clear workflows, reminders/follow-ups)
Proactive: you don't wait — you propose, test, and improve
Comfortable with fast-paced work and lots of outreach
Tools & Workflow
Google Sheets / Excel
Instagram / Facebook / Email
(Bonus) Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, or any CRM experience
Compensation
Hourly rate (please include your rate)
Plus performance-based commission: if we close strong collaborations/deals together, I'm open to a percentage from the deal and building a long-term relationship.
Time & Commitment
To start: part-time (consistent weekly hours)
Potential to grow into a long-term role as results improve
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
