We have approximately 11 videos total we want edited into short-form content that feels native to Instagram — clean, modern, engaging, and professional.
What we already have:
Raw interview footage with team members
Client testimonial footage
A clear goal for each video (educational + trust-building)
What we need from you:
Edit raw footage into 11 short Reels
Add captions/subtitles (burned-in, styled well)
Add light motion graphics where helpful (simple + professional)
Add music if appropriate (or leave space for us to add later)
Format properly for Reels: 9:16 vertical
Deliver final files optimized for Instagram
Reels style we're going for:
Clean and modern (not cheesy)
Fast-paced enough to keep attention
Strong hooks in the first 1–2 seconds
Good pacing + jump cuts
Captions that are easy to read and look native to IG
Law firm tone: confident, trustworthy, polished
Ideal editor experience:
Strong short-form editing portfolio (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
Comfortable working with interview-style footage
Great sense of pacing and storytelling
Knows how to create scroll-stopping intros
Can take direction but also suggest improvements
Deliverables:
11 finished Reels (9:16, mp4)
Each Reel typically 20–60 seconds
1–2 rounds of revisions per video
To apply, please include:

Your estimated turnaround time for 11 Reels
Your pricing (per video or total project)
What editing software you use (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
Bonus (not required but preferred):
Experience editing content for professional services (law, medical, real estate, finance)
Ability to create multiple versions of the same Reel (different hooks)
Timeline:
We'd like to start immediately and complete the project within 1 week.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
