EPIC is an independent convening initiative bringing together clinical, scientific, and policy expertise to support evidence-informed dialogue on MDMA-assisted psychotherapy and its implications for European mental health systems.
I'm attaching several drafts that we created using AI, but we need a real designer to help us. This just gives you a general idea.
We would like something completed within the next week or two.
We want a visual identity that feels:
Credible and institutional (policy-facing; not a "wellness brand")
Modern, clean, and timeless
Simple enough to read at small sizes (website header, social avatars) while still looking great on print and event materials
Deliverables
Please include:
Primary logo + wordmark
A simplified icon mark (for favicon/social/avatar use)
Horizontal and stacked versions
Full-color, 1-color, and reverse versions
Export files: SVG + PNG (and/or AI/EPS), plus a brief usage guide (spacing, background rules)
Style direction
We're aiming for a European, policy-adjacent aesthetic—think clarity, confidence, and restraint. We like designs that use strong geometry, smart symbolism, and excellent typography.
What we're looking for in a collaborator
Strong portfolio showing logo/brand identity work (especially clean, minimal marks)
Good communication and comfort with iterative feedback
Ability to present 2–3 initial directions and refine to a final system
Reliable timelines and professional handoff files
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
