Über
Scope of Work:
• Create and publish property listings on Zillow
• Post property listings on Facebook Marketplace and relevant Facebook Groups
• Update listing details (price, photos, descriptions)
• Manage basic admin tasks (data entry, organizing documents, updating CRM)
• Track and organize leads from listings
Project Terms:
• Fixed price per batch of listings (please submit your rate per listing or per 10 listings)
• Ongoing work available for the right candidate
• Must be detail-oriented and responsive
Requirements:
• Experience with Zillow listing uploads
• Experience posting on Facebook Marketplace & Groups
• Good written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Real estate experience preferred
