Purpose of the role

Reporting to the Manager, Store Inventory Control, the incumbent is responsible for supporting stores with inventory processes, conducting follow ups and analyses, correcting discrepancies, producing reports, and contributing to ERP system improvements and testing.

Key responsabilities

  • Provide customer service support to stores;
    • Act as the main point of contact for stores regarding inventory or process related questions and situations;
    • Manage the shared inbox dedicated to store requests;
  • Follow up on various inventory movements and perform the appropriate analyses;
  • Ensure store inventory processes are followed and produce various reports;
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and complete the necessary corrections;
  • Participate in testing activities related to ERP system updates;
  • Support process validation as part of continuous ERP system improvements;
  • Assist in coordinating the physical inventory count process for stores;Perform any other related tasks or analyses as required.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism in French and English is essential, as the role supports stores across Canada.
  • Professional diploma in a related field.
  • One to three years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Store experience is considered an asset.
