Line Operator Day Shift

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Line Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You will:

• Inspect products for quality and size, making adjustments as needed
• Communicate with drivers, operators, and staff to follow production plans
• Inspect bags every 15 minutes for seal, date codes, labels, and quality standards
• Ensure proper setup of Bosch machines and tubers per production plan
• Walk the line hourly to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime
• Monitor chiller temps, tunnel temps, fan speeds, and recipe mixes every two hours
• Complete startup and shutdown checklists each shift
• Wear proper PPE and follow safety standards at all times
• Connect with supervisors to report concerns, changes, or updates
• Support production quotas and report quality concerns promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (asset, not required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
• Ability to work independently and follow production schedules
