For this onsite role we are looking for an energetic, highly organized, and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist. This is a mid level role designed for someone with the right attitude that balances high-level event strategy with the nitty-gritty of logistics (flights, venues
This is a "true hybrid" role that offers genuine flexibility—we care about execution, not time spent in an office chair. You will start by diving deep into a massive project for an automotive client, but your scope will evolve to integrate with other business lines after the first quarter. Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Travel Management: Booking and managing flights, transfers, and accommodations for large cohorts (500 pax).
  • Venue Sourcing & Management: Scouting locations, negotiating contracts, and managing venue relationships on-site.
  • Event Execution: being the "boots on the ground" during the event to ensure logistics run smoothly.
  • Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary logistics liaison between our internal business side and the Subaru client team.
  • Candidate profile
  • The Logistics Pro: Experience managing large group travel (manifest management) is non-negotiable.
  • The Calm in the Storm: Capable of handling the pressure of a 500-person event in Ontario.
  • Self-Starter: Since you won't be in the office, you need to be self-motivated and communicative.
  • Adaptable: Happy to focus on one big client now, and switch gears to a broader portfolio later.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable moving between coordination and physical, on-site work.
  • Someone industrious, reliable, and comfortable with hands-on work
  • A team player who enjoys variety and fast-paced environments
