The position requires strong attention to brand guidelines, technical accuracy, and print production standards, with opportunities to grow creative and professional skills through collaboration and hands-on experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learn and apply established brand guides and style decks to ensure all design work remains on-brand, on-model, and visually consistent across all assets.
  • Evolve and expand existing brand systems by creating updated visual assets and design extensions that align with approved aesthetics while introducing fresh, innovative design solutions.
  • Produce original graphic assets that demonstrate creativity and problem-solving while maintaining brand integrity and licensed IP requirements.
  • Design production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) for both digital and physical outputs.
  • Build vector-based and raster graphics optimized for large-format print, die-cut, and print-and-cut workflows, utilizing industry-standard file structures and naming conventions.
  • Create tiled and panelized print files for wall graphics and large-scale installations, ensuring accurate overlaps, seams, and alignment tolerances for seamless assembly.
  • Manage color accuracy and consistency across assets by setting up and maintaining correct Pantone (PMS), CMYK, RGB, and ICC color profiles according to production requirements.
  • Ensure all artwork meets industry and licensor standards, including resolution, color management, and output specifications for commercial printing.
  • Collaborate with designers, brand partners, and production teams to meet creative and technical requirements while continuing to develop professional design skills.
  • Organize, archive, and version control design files to support scalability, reusability, and efficient brand expansion.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0–2 years of professional or internship experience in graphic design, production art, or print design (internships, freelance, and academic projects welcome).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat (PDF) for production workflows.
  • Foundational understanding of brand systems and style guides, with the ability to follow established visual standards and apply feedback.
  • Basic experience creating vector and raster artwork for print applications, including large-format graphics and print-and-cut files.
  • Familiarity with print production fundamentals, including bleeds, trims, safe areas, resolution, and file setup for commercial printing.
  • Introductory knowledge of color management, including Pantone (PMS), CMYK, RGB, and basic use of color profiles.
  • Some experience with tiled or panelized artwork for large-scale graphics (academic, internship, or project-based experience acceptable).
  • Strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage files, layers, and versions accurately.
  • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback, while demonstrating curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Portfolio demonstrates design fundamentals, brand consistency, and production-ready artwork.
