I have built an MVP with vibe coding, but it soes not have effective security or data security.
We are building Synkrons, an AI-driven workforce availability and compliance platform designed to replace traditional job boards and fragmented labour-hire databases.
Today, hiring in regulated industries relies on:

Siloed agency databases
Invisible availability
Repeated onboarding across clients
Synkrons replaces this with:
Live workforce availability
Verified, reusable compliance
Direct business-to-worker engagement
AI-assisted fact-driven matching
Structured onboarding and mobilisation workflows
The long-term goal is to become the readiness layer for credentialled workforces across regulated industries.

We have already experienced the limitations of low-code identity systems and are now rebuilding with proper architecture.

We require:
Document parsing and structured data extraction
Qualification recognition
Experience classification
Matching based on structured facts
Availability-aware ranking
Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI or equivalent) into production systems is required.
Long-Term Architecture
This system must be:
API-first
Scalable
Deployment-safe
Transactionally sound
Extendable for analytics and enterprise integrations
We are building the foundation for long-term infrastructure.
Technical Expectations
We are seeking a senior full-stack engineer or architect who can:
Design relational schemas with integrity
Enforce uniqueness constraints
Implement atomic transactions
Prevent race conditions
Architect secure authentication flows
Implement backend API gating (403 enforcement)
Integrate cloud storage securely
Build scalable RESTful APIs
Deploy production systems
Design for future scale

Ideal Candidate
5+ years production full-stack experience
Built marketplace or enterprise SaaS systems
Strong authentication & identity modeling experience
Experience with secure document storage
Has integrated AI into production systems
Thinks architecturally
Comfortable leading technical decisions
Engagement
You will work directly with the founder to:
Define architecture
Establish identity model
Build backend first
Integrate frontend
Deploy production infrastructure
Prepare system for investor and enterprise due diligence
This may evolve into a long-term technical leadership role.
