We are a growing multi-brand business group operating in:
• Business consulting & formation
• Credit solutions
• Local service businesses
• Software (SaaS)
• Media & content platforms
• Wealth-building & consulting services
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant who can support operations, marketing, lead generation, and digital presence across multiple brands.
This is not a beginner position.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will act as a remote operations partner responsible for:
• Social media management
• Content scheduling & posting
• Basic graphic design
• CRM updates & lead tracking
• Email & calendar management
• Research tasks
• Website updates
• Administrative support
• Basic marketing execution
This role requires strong attention to detail, initiative, and business awareness.
SOCIAL MEDIA RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
• Schedule and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Repurpose content across platforms
• Write captions based on provided content direction
• Create simple branded graphics (Canva or similar)
• Manage hashtags & engagement
• Respond to basic comments/DMs (with scripts provided)
• Track analytics and report weekly
Experience with:
Meta Business Suite
Instagram Reels
LinkedIn posting
Canva Pro
Short-form content formatting
MARKETING & LEAD SUPPORT
You will:
• Organize inbound leads
• Update CRM systems
• Upload lead data
• Assist with email campaigns
• Format proposals
• Prepare documents for clients
• Research targeted prospect lists
• Help prepare ad creatives
Experience preferred:
GoHighLevel / CRM systems
Email marketing platforms
Google Sheets
Facebook Ads Manager (basic knowledge)
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
• Calendar management
• Booking consultations
• Client follow-up emails
• Document organization
• File storage systems
• Website backend updates (basic WordPress knowledge preferred)
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
You must be:
• Extremely organized
• Detail-oriented
• Proactive (not waiting for instruction on everything)
• Comfortable managing multiple brands
• Tech-savvy
• Professional communicator
• Able to meet deadlines
HOURS & AVAILABILITY
• 20–40 hours per week
• Must overlap minimum 3 hours with EST time zone
• Reliable internet required
COMPENSATION
• Hourly or monthly retainer
