This is not just about installing pixels. We need someone who truly understands attribution, event tracking architecture, and data reliability - someone who lives and breathes GA4, GTM, and advanced tracking setups.
This will start as an hourly or part-time contract (fixed hours), with a strong possibility of transitioning into a full-time role for the right person.
You'll also get the opportunity to work on multiple projects across different industries and business models - giving you exposure to diverse funnels, customer journeys, and attribution scenarios.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
• Setting up and auditing GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, etc.
• Creating accurate event tracking across full funnels
• Ensuring clean attribution and reliable conversion data
• Troubleshooting discrepancies between platforms
• Managing server-side tracking (if applicable)
• Maintaining consistent tracking documentation
Huge Plus:
Ability to analyze data daily and generate actionable insights - not just track it. If you can interpret trends, identify issues, and provide performance recommendations, that's a major advantage.

What We're Looking For:
• Deep expertise in GA4, GTM, event tracking, and pixel implementation
• Strong understanding of attribution models and data discrepancies
• Experience troubleshooting tracking issues across platforms
• Knowledge of conversion APIs / server-side tracking
• Detail-oriented and extremely precise
• Clear communicator
You should be the type of person who can:
• Spot a broken funnel from data alone
• Debug tracking issues quickly
• Explain exactly why numbers don't match across platforms
