What you will do:
→ Review client website metrics (Domain Rating, organic traffic, keywords, backlink profile) using tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush
→ Analyse the client's current SEO situation and identify key gaps and opportunities
→ Put together clear, professional proposals recommending the right services based on what the site actually needs — link building, on-page SEO, content, digital PR or a mix
→ Include realistic timelines, pricing ranges and expected outcomes
→ Format proposals into clean, well-structured Word documents ready to send to clients
→ Help with follow-up email copy when needed
What we are looking for:
→ Solid understanding of SEO — link building, on-page optimisation, domain authority, keyword rankings
→ Ability to read site metrics and translate them into a clear, honest strategy recommendation
→ Strong written English — proposals need to be professional and easy for non-SEO clients to understand
→ Experience writing client-facing documents or proposals
→ Proficiency in Word or Google Docs
→ Bonus: experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar tools
About the work:
This is a flexible, ongoing role. We receive new leads regularly and need proposals turned around quickly — typically within 24 hours of receiving a lead. Volume will vary but expect a steady flow of work week to week.
