The goal is to build a high-end, institutional-grade user experience for sophisticated real estate investors. This role requires a developer who is as creative as they are technical. Someone who can execute a "luxury" aesthetic while maintaining rigorous data integrity.
Scope of Work
Frontend Development: Design and build a professional, "white-glove" dashboard that integrates seamlessly with the existing Xano API.
Logic Finalization: Review existing pseudocode/logic and implement it into a stable, production environment.
Data Integration: Implement third-party real estate data APIs (e.g., ATTOM, PropStream) for automated checks.
Infrastructure: Set up a secure transactional email system for notifications and a landing page for lead capture.
Security: Ensure the "Evidence Vault" logic is immutable and court-admissible.
The Ideal Partner
Expertise in Xano (Backend) and modern frontend frameworks.
A portfolio showing high-end, premium UI/UX design (Fintech or PropTech preferred).
Experience with MapBox, Zillow, or MLS data integrations.
Highly organized and comfortable with asynchronous, text-based communication.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
