We are a fast growing fitness company with 1,000+ active members. This role is critical to keeping our systems clean, our members supported and our operations running smoothly.
This is not a basic admin role. We need someone who understands Mindbody deeply and can confidently manage bookings, memberships, reporting and member communication without constant direction.
Experience using Shopify and GoHighLevel is massive bonus since you will be working across these two platforms.
Scope of Work
Mindbody Management
Manage schedules, enrolments and memberships
Troubleshoot booking and account issues
Monitor waitlists and transfers
Maintain accurate client records
Set up and manage automations
Run reports and maintain data integrity
Support multiple studio locations
Member Concierge
Promptly respond to member enquiries
Resolve issues clearly and professionally
Ensure smooth client experience from booking to attendance
CRM Management (GoHighLevel)
Maintain pipelines and workflows
Manage automations
Clean up tags and segmentation
Coordinate with sales and management team
Requirements
Proven experience using Mindbody in a fitness or studio environment
Strong understanding of memberships, class passes and booking systems
Experience with GoHighLevel
High attention to detail
Strong written communication
Able to work autonomously and take ownership
Available to attend team meetings via Zoom

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
