We need custom illustrations, visual assets, and polished product mockups for a bilingual (Arabic/English) RTL-aware website. The site has a dark-themed, modern aesthetic with gradient accents (blues/purples). All assets must work in both LTR and RTL layouts.
Deliverables:
- Hero section illustration or enhanced product mockup
- Feature section illustrations (3 product highlight visuals + icon illustrations for 18+ features)
- AI section visual (candidate matching/scoring concept)
- "How it Works" step illustrations (4 steps)
- Custom icons for pricing tiers (4 plans)
- About page values illustrations (4 values)
- Solutions page segment illustrations (4 audience types)
- Support page visual elements
- Feature detail page visuals (4 pages: ATS, AI Evaluation, Career Portal, Analytics)
- Testimonial section assets (when enabled)
- Footer CTA background artwork
- OG/social sharing images (2 versions: Arabic, English)
Requirements:
- All illustrations delivered in SVG and PNG (2x/3x for retina)
- Must work on both dark and light backgrounds
- Bilingual versions where text appears in the illustration
- Style must be cohesive across all assets, we want a signature visual identity, not generic stock art
- Experience with Arabic/RTL design is a strong plus
- Figma source files, or the tool of choice
We admire the visual quality of sites like Ashby, Rippling, and Deel (not their exact styles, but their level of polish and brand cohesion). We want Wajad to feel premium, modern, and distinctly Saudi/MENA. Think clean lines, purposeful motion-friendly shapes (we animate with Framer Motion), and a visual language that tells the story of "smart hiring, zero guesswork."
What to include in your proposal:
1. Links to 2–3 relevant portfolio pieces (SaaS, tech, or bilingual projects preferred)
2. Your approach to creating a cohesive illustration system
3. Estimated timeline
4. Whether you can handle Arabic typography/RTL considerations
Total Estimated Deliverables: ~50–60 individual assets
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
